Nutty Honeycomb Cookies
To make these delicious guilt-free nutty cookies...
3 Teaspoons of Cacao powder
175g Coconut Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
250g of self raising flour
250g Vegan Margarine
Chopped Hazelnuts for topping
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. in a mixing bowl, add the vegan margarine and the sugar and whisk together until smooth.
gradually sieve the flour in, mixing together gently with a spoon. Add in our delicious Salted Honeycomb Hazelnut M+LK and mix together with the chocolate chips with an electric whisk.
Add remaining ingredients and any cheeky extras. Grease your baking tray and using an ice ream scoop or a spoon, scoop a golf ball sized scoop of the cookie dough onto the baking tray.
Pop the trays into the middle of the oven and bake for 16 mins! SIMPLES.
