300g Vegan White Chocolate
50g Flax Seeds
250g Coconut Sugar
130g of Plain Flour
1 Teaspoon of baking sugar
150g of vegan butter
1 Tablespoon of Pink Himalayan Salt
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
50g Candied strawberries
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Melt the butter in a saucepan and pour over the chopped chocolate in a mixing bowl. Mix together until the chocolate has fully melted and becomes silky smooth.
in a separate bowl, mix the flax seeds with the M+LKPLUS and leave for 10 mins to thicken (these will act as the vegan eggs)
Mic the sugar and vanilla extract with the melted chocolate. Add in your Vegan eggs and whisk well. At this point add the flour, baking powder, salt candied strawberries.
Line and butter a baking tray with greaseproof paper and empty the mixture into the baking tray. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and try your best not to devour them before they have cooled!
