To make these delicious guilt-free pancakes...
100g of Plain Flour
1/2 Teaspoon of baking soda
1 Tablespoon of Coconut Sugar
1 Mashed Banana
1/2 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
Handful of raspberries, blueberries (whatever tickles your fancy!)
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk together. Heat a frying pan to a medium heat with some coconut out, use an ice cream scoop as measurement for each dollop of batter and place in a circular motion to gain the right shape.
Cook on each side for one minute and until golden brown!
Eat them so fast you practically INHALE THEM!
